CloudSoftway has signed a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement SCA with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

This puts CloudSoftway among a select group of partners AWS works with to bring new organizations onto AWS: businesses running on-premises or on other clouds, preparing their first major move.

For us, it’s a vote of confidence in work that’s already proven:

→ 150+ cloud and AI engagements across the Middle East, Africa and Europe

→ 10+ AWS Competency and Service Delivery validations, including Migration, Security, Generative AI, Resilience, and Digital Sovereignty

→ One accountable team, from discovery and architecture through production and ongoing operations

Our founders Dr. Haytham Muhtaseb and Karam Kassem built connected vehicle, data and AI platforms at Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, SAP and Bosch. That engineering discipline, combined with teams who know their regions, is taking customer businesses to the next level. What changes now: closer collaboration with AWS teams from the first conversation, so organizations in MENA, Germany and SSA get one route from assessment to production.

Over the coming years, our focus is clear:

1️⃣ Migrate and modernize critical workloads, with security, resilience and data sovereignty built in from day one

2️⃣ Take generative and agentic AI out of pilots and into production

3️⃣ Keep platforms fast, secure and cost-efficient after go-live through cloud and DevOps engineering

To our customers: thank you for trusting us with work that matters. Signing is the easy part. We’ll measure this agreement by what we deliver together.
