How we use it
Only to run the event — sending the join link, reminders, and post-event materials. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build marketing profiles.
Marketing emails
The registration form includes an optional checkbox for future event announcements. Leave it unticked and we will only contact you about the specific event you signed up for — never for marketing.
Retention & your rights
LinkedIn makes registration data available to organisers for up to one year. We keep it no longer than that. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing info@cloudsoftway.com. We respond within 30 days.
